Every phase of the project is thoroughly outlined with a detailed list of tasks to be completed and timeline so the job may be closely monitored and tracked by all levels of management. This critical path schedule is also integrated into each of the Subcontractor’s contracts respectively, so every individual is made aware of their responsibilities and is held to a high standard of perfection.
